- Each Dryer is custom-built to meet individual client's production and range of products with a capacity ranging from 4 cars (around 60 pieces) up to 92 cars (around 1,100 pieces) per cycle.
- The Dryer will accept ware with a moisture content of up to 25%
- Depending on the style and weight of product, cycle times range from 6 - 16 hours allowing the dryers to cycle either once, twice or three times per day.
- Loading of product may be either automatic or manual on trucks / cars.
- Doors may be fitted at one side only or both sides to allow a flow of ware between casting and glazing.
- Process control may be carried out using any type of PC or by means of programmable control instruments.
- Heating is either gas, oil and/or recovered heat from the kiln.
